Scope

Designed and launched Branch Finder, a mobile-first feature enabling users to locate retail partners (e.g., Rossmann, Rewe, Penny) that support cash deposits/withdrawals via Bargeld Code, as well as Postbank and Deutsche Bank branches and self-service locations.

Process

I focused on building a responsive and intuitive location discovery experience optimized for mobile use.

• Created dynamic prototypes to test scroll, tap, and filter interactions in real-world contexts

• Mapped key flows: location permission onboarding, filtering by transaction type (deposit/withdraw), and real-time branch availability

• Validated concepts through remote usability tests and live data simulation

• Collaborated closely with backend and map data teams to ensure accuracy and fast rendering under mobile network constraints

Solution

Shipped a highly performant, touch-optimised interface that increased visibility of partner locations and reduced ATM reliance.
